Terms of Service

Last updated: October 20, 2026

1. The service

Hit the Road Dude AI generates short AI videos from a photo you upload. You must be 18 or older to use it.

2. Your content

You must own the photo you upload, or have permission from the person shown. The person shown must be 18+ and must not be a celebrity or public figure. You are responsible for the content you generate and how you publish it.

3. Payments

Rendering a downloadable clip is a paid service. Prices are shown in USD before you confirm. Confirmed technical failures return the consumed credits. A completed video you simply dislike does not automatically qualify for a refund.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use the service to harass, defame, impersonate, or create sexual content involving real people. Do not generate content involving minors or non-consenting individuals.

5. Availability

The service is provided “as is.” We may change features, pricing, or availability. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
